This program requires you to work not less than 12 hours per week nor more than 20 hours per week. Most jobs will require you to work during business hours Monday to Friday. Your days/hours will be discussed with you to work around your University timetable and will change when new semesters start. If known already, what days/half days can you work? (These selections do not guarantee any days/hours in your new job)
China HR’s Earn and Learn Program gives you the opportunity to learn additional skills whilst on the job. It is not mandatory but it will give you an advantage over other applicants at job interview time. Some of these course may be done on-line. This will be discussed during your placement and you may make a decision at that time.
